Are ghosts real?

No. Every apparition in Haunted is an AI-generated visual effect added to your photo. The app is made for entertainment only and makes no claim of capturing anything paranormal.

How do I delete my data?

Open the app and go to Settings → Delete my data. You can also email support@gethaunted.app and we'll take care of it.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings → Restore purchases and sign in with the same store account you originally purchased with.

Why doesn't every photo come back haunted?

Not every frame is haunted. Effects appear occasionally and unpredictably — that's the point.
