Are ghosts real?
No. Every apparition in Haunted is an AI-generated visual effect added to your photo. The app is made for entertainment only and makes no claim of capturing anything paranormal.
How do I delete my data?
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete my data. You can also email support@zerodelta.app and we'll take care of it.
How do I restore my purchases?
Settings → Restore purchases, or Restore on the paywall. Monthly and yearly hauntings and the 5-pack are billed by Apple. Fair use applies.
Why doesn't every photo come back haunted?
Haunted is unpredictable on purpose. Not every frame gets a visitor — that's why the ones that do hit harder.
