Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Zero Delta covering your use of the Haunted: Ghost Camera app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms.

1. Entertainment only

The App is a work of entertainment. Every apparition, figure, distortion, or anomaly it shows is an AI-generated visual effect applied to your photo. Nothing in the App detects, photographs, measures, or proves paranormal activity of any kind, and no output should be treated as evidence of anything real. Do not rely on the App for any decision.

2. Age rating

The App is rated 17+ and contains frightening horror imagery. You must be at least 17 years old to use it. If you are a parent or guardian, do not allow a child to use the App.

3. AI processing by third parties

To create effects, images you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers acting on our behalf. This processing is performed solely to generate and return the requested visual effect. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you take. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit those images only as needed to provide the effects you request. You agree not to submit images that are unlawful, that depict other people without their permission, or that you do not have the right to use.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features are sold as subscriptions or in-app purchases billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time in your store account settings. Prices, trial lengths, and renewal periods are shown at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us.

6. Fair use of effects

Effect generation costs real compute, so paid plans include a generous but finite allowance rather than unlimited use. Subscriptions are never advertised or sold as unlimited. We may apply reasonable rate limits, queueing, or per-period caps to keep the service available for everyone, and we may adjust these limits with notice in the App. Automated, bulk, or commercial-scale generation is not permitted.

7. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the App, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use the App to harass, deceive, or defame anyone. If you share generated images, don't present them as genuine paranormal footage.

8. Deleting your data

You can delete your data from Settings → Delete my data inside the App, or by emailing support@gethaunted.app. Deleting your data may end your access to previously generated content.

9. Availability and changes

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the App. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
